The Negotiation, Mediation, & Conflict Management Certificate Program provides basic training in a series of core competencies that enable a mediator to assist individuals and groups with settling professional, personal, social, and legal issues and resolving difficult disagreements. Through role-play and simulations, concentrated workshops develop professional competencies that can be readily applied to a variety of scenarios. This certificate provides training for those in professions that require extensive client contact, as well as for those who want to develop expertise in the practice of negotiation and conflict management.
