The Negotiation, Mediation, & Conflict Management Certificate Program provides basic training in a series of core competencies that enable a mediator to assist individuals and groups with settling professional, personal, social, and legal issues and resolving difficult disagreements. Through role-play and simulations, concentrated workshops develop professional competencies that can be readily applied to a variety of scenarios.
