Federal Court rules and form changes

The Central District of California implemented the new ADR General Order, as of December 1, 2011. The court recently sent a summary of the changes to all mediation panel members. (Note the change in terminology from Settlement Officer Panel to Mediation Panel.) This is a reminder to panel members and anyone else using the federal court’s ADR services to start using the revised forms, which are now available online on the Central District website.
