Presented by Mark Watkins, Instructor, Department of Sociology, Chapman University Satellite and Online Campuses

Mr. Watkins has a masters degree in negotiation and conflict management. He has mediated in Los Angeles. Mr. Watkins has also conducted research in the ADR field since 1994, presenting findings to the judicial council subcommittee on family law in1996 and was invited to research Alaska mediation statutes and present findings in the Distinguished Practitioner Series Program, University of Alaska, Anchorage in 2003.
