Start the program with the keynote address from Kenneth R. Feinberg, recipient of the 2012 Cloke-Millen Peacemaker of the Year Award. Best known for serving as the Special Master of the Federal Sept. 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001, as Special Master for TARP Executive Compensation, and most recently as the government-appointed administrator of the BP Deepwater Horizon Disaster Victim Compensation Fund, Mr. Feinberg will talk about “Unconventional Responses to Unique Catastrophes: Tailoring the Resolution to Meet the Challenge.”
With 40 speakers and 13 workshops throughout the day, this conference has information and networking opportunities for everyone in the mediation community. Workshops range from Nuts and Bolts, to technology and dispute resolution, to building your practice and legal issues that affect your resolutions.
The lunchtime Mediation Fair hosts 12 dispute resolution organizations providing information on opportunities in SoCal. Learn more about the thriving mediation community and how you can become more active and build your practice.
