Robyn Weinstein, Esq
Robyn is an attorney, mediator, and is the program coordinator for the Los Angeles office of Arts Arbitration and Mediation Services. For more than six years, Robyn has mediated a wide variety of commercial and individual disputes. She has mediated EEO complaints, Department of Fair Employment and Housing complaints, contract disputes, real estate disputes, and family disputes. Currently, Robyn is a small claims court mentor for the Pepperdine University School of Law Mediation Clinic.
Floyd J. Siegal, Esq
After nearly three decades as a successful trial attorney, in both the civil and criminal arenas, Floyd developed a passion for mediation and made the decision to transition from litigator to mediator. Since opening his mediation offices in the fall of 2007, Floyd has proven to be enormously effective.
Stephanie Maloney is a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, Financial Neutral & Mediator. She was one of the first practicing divorce financial planners in the Los Angeles area. She helps determine the short-term and long-term financial impact of proposed divorce settlements, offers valuable insight into the pros and cons of different settlement proposals, and helps avoid common financial pitfalls of divorce.
Scheherazade Rastegar, Esq
Scheherazade Rastegar is an attorney and mediator specializing in employment and family law. Ms. Rastegar draws on her diverse educational background to provide creative and innovative solutions to complex legal issues. Joe Markowitz, Esq
Joe Markowitz is the 2014 President of SCMA. He has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years, and has conducted mediations for more than 15 years. He has substantial experience in all forms of dispute resolution: litigation, arbitration and mediation; and is well-versed in numerous substantive areas of the law, including employment law, intellectual property, commercial and corporate law, real estate, and bankruptcy.
David Scott Levaton, Esq
Given his extensive experience with franchising, from both the legal and business sides of the operation, he dedicated his practice as a neutral to all aspects of franchising. Wendy Forrester is an experienced attorney, mediator and legal educator. She has been a member of the California State Bar since 1985. As a family law attorney, she sought a more compassionate and economical approach to divorce. She began mediating in 1988.

Victoria has 40 years experience as Labor Advocate negotiating collective bargaining agreements, resolving employee grievances, participating in mediation. Since 2009 she has been a mediator for the National Mediation Board facilitating resolution of airline and railroad industry labor agreements.
Jason Harper has used his diverse skills in facilitating discussions to help bring resolution in all types of disputes, be they litigated or non-litigated. Jason received his mediation training from Loyola Law School and completed advanced mediation training through the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Hass Sadeghi, Esq., M.D.R. earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from UC San Diego, then obtained his law degree from Thomas Jefferson SOL (with an International Law focus) while concurrently obtaining a Masters in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine SOL.
William Molfetta, Esq
As a member of the California State Bar since 1978 he currently mediates/arbitrates personal injury, insurance coverage, and business disputes. Over the course of his career, he had resolved well in excess of 1000 lawsuit disputes, and personnel matters. He was managing counsel for more than 25 years of an in house litigation law firm for Fortune 500 insurance companies ( Aetna Casualty & Surety Company; Travelers Insurance). Our firm, Molfetta & Raymond/ Molfetta & Associates represented individuals and corporations in a wide variety of tort and contract matters. He is also a member of the Ventura County Superior Court’s Mediation panel and a panel member with the Harwell Institute LLC.
