Global Pound Conference Series, Los Angeles 2017

March 16, 2017 @ 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

You are invited to participate in the Global Pound Conference Series event in Los Angeles at the USC Gould School of Law.
Global  Pound Conference: Los Angeles, 2017
Thursday, March 16, 2017
 |  8:00 AM – 6:15 PM
6.5 Hours of CA MCLE Credit

Launched in Singapore and finishing in London, the GPC Series is a not-for-profit global project with the theme of “Shaping the Future of Dispute Resolution & Access to Justice.”

Currently scheduled to take place in 40 cities across 31 countries, these conferences will provoke debate on existing ADR tools and techniques, stimulate new ideas, and generate actionable data on what dispute resolution users actually need and want, both locally and globally.

The results of the GPC Series will be used to produce a global report that will examine the current status of ADR and access to justice around the world.  The hope is that the results of this global project will have far reaching impact on policy, new trade agreements, and the ADR process.

Narrow Your Results

At the top of the page there is a section that says “Narrow Your Results”.  This area has drop down menus with checkboxes next to each item. Go through each menu section and click any or all of the items that match what type of event you’re looking for. Then click the button that says “Submit” to view your filtered results on the calendar below.

Change Calendar View

On the top right side of the calendar there are two fields – one says ‘Events In” and has a field where you can select which month to view. Next to that is a field that says “View As”. The default setting is “month”, so you can view the events like a regular calendar. If you prefer, though, you can opt to view the events in a list instead. Or, click “map” to view a map that highlights where each event is located. Finally, you can view as “photo” to see all a list of the event titles and their associated images.
