About the Speaker
Nikki Tolt is the President of ACT Mediation, Inc. and a past President of SCMA. She has 35 years of experience as a litigator and has been mediating for the past 26 years. She was twice named one of Daily Journal’s Top Mediators and has received numerous accolades for her mediation work.
As a litigator, Ms. Tolt tried a wide variety of cases. Her mediation practice also encompasses a broad diversity, including employment (which includes wage and hour class actions, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower claims), personal injury, product liability, professional malpractice, real estate, contracts, and various business disputes. She has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker and panelist, including as the chair of SCMA’s Employment Mediation Conference for eight years.
