Mark Hill is the founder and Lead Financial Divorce Consultant at Pacific Divorce Management. He is a Certified Financial Planner practitioner (CFP®) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) committed to bringing an ease to money matters. Mark has spent over 20 years specializing in divorce and has more than 37 years overall experience in various financial roles. He has served as a financial consultant with EF Hutton, held a variety of investment advisory positions with global financial services companies, including serving as a portfolio manager for Smith Barney and co-founded investment management and financial planning company Pacific Wealth Management in 1998. He later become a leader in the fast-growing area of Alternative Dispute Resolution in divorce and helped define and establish the role of the Financial Neutral. Mark holds an honors degree from the University of Keele, England, and is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning.

From 2001 to 2009 he was the primary financial trainer with Collaborative Divorce Team Trainings. He is very proud of the fact that he was involved with the training of hundreds of lawyers, financial and mental health professionals across north America in this game-changing approach to divorce. In 2006, Mark was honored to receive Collaborative Practice California’s (CP Cal) Eureka Award for his contribution to the Collaborative movement in California.
In the Community: An active member of his professional community, Mark has served as a board member of the San Diego Financial Planning Association and as Treasurer of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He has also served as President of the Collaborative Family Law Group of San Diego on two occasions, as a member of the board of Collaborative Practice California (CP Cal) together with holding board and officer positions with a number of other local non-profits.
