The American workplace is rapidly changing, and the mediation of employment disputes in these times, although interesting, is increasingly more challenging.  Just as we have seen significant changes in political and social arenas, both federal and state laws have taken on a greater importance, particularly in the areas of traditional workplace discrimination and harassment claims, and with respect to protections for LGBT employees and undocumented/immigrant workers.  Additionally, long standing rules and case law have been construed in recent years to redefine, and in some instances expand, what is considered protected activity and retaliatory misconduct in the workplace. There is much uncertainty ahead.
Please join our panel as they discuss the evolving employment law landscape, along with the practical implications and application for both mediators and practitioners.  Each of the panel members are leaders in the field of employment law, and will share their expertise, insights, and predictions for the world of employment law to come.

It promises to be a great evening!
