Ana is a bilingual attorney, mediator, and arbitrator based in San Diego, California. She is a mediator for the San Diego Superior Court Civil Mediation panel and the West Coast Resolution Group. Ana has successfully conducted over 600 mediations of litigated and non-litigated cases. Her subject matter expertise involves the mediation of business and contract disputes, personal injury, real estate transactions, employment, insurance, and family cases. She is a lead trainer in negotiation, conflict resolution, and intercultural diversity for the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC). Ana serves as the legislative liaison for the San Diego County Bar Association to the California Law Revision Commission (CLRC) on issues related to mediation. She is also devoted to promote and implement mediation and conflict resolution projects internationally with Mediators Beyond Borders (MBB). Ana is licensed to practice law in California, Federal Court Southern District and Colombia.
