After a 25 years as a trial lawyer and litigator, Lee’s career path turned to alternative dispute resolution. He is a mediator and arbitrator (Blackman ADR Services) focusing on matters involving contracts, copyrights, trademarks, civil rights, unfair competition, insurance coverage, employment, and environmental law. In addition to his private practice, he regularly volunteers to mediate unlawful detainer, small claims, and contract disputes for the Los Angeles Superior Court and several local agencies providing volunteer community mediators. He is a member of the ADR Panel of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the Mediation and Arbitration Panels of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Attorney-Client Mediation and Arbitration Service. Lee has been honored for his public service and lectures and writes regularly for mediation and litigation audiences.
