Robyn Weinstein is the current ADR Administrator for United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. As the ADR Administrator, Robyn is responsible for managing the alternative dispute resolution department which includes recruiting neutrals, monitoring quality of service, managing case referrals, assisting parties with neutral selection, developing criteria for neutral qualifications, and conducting trainings and educational programming in dispute resolution. Robyn is also an adjunct professor of mediation at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Prior to her current position, Robyn was the Fellow at the Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution at Cardozo Law School. Previously, Robyn worked at California Lawyers for the Arts and administered their Arbitration and Mediation Program. She also taught mediation at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law. Robyn is the immediate past president of the Southern California Mediation Association, and a member of the 2015 class of the American Arbitration Association Higginbotham Fellows Program.
